General Guidelines for Lectures and Presentations

Keynote Talk

30 mins total — 25 mins presentation followed by 5 mins Q&A.

Invited Oral Talk

20 mins total — 17 mins presentation followed by 3 mins Q&A.

Podium Presentation

15 mins total — 12 mins presentation followed by 3 mins Q&A.

Flash Presentation

10 mins total — 8 mins presentation followed by 2 mins Q&A.

PowerPoint Format for Speakers

Use the 16:9 aspect ratio for optimal broadcasting. Avoid stretched figures and ensure visuals maintain correct proportions. Keep slides minimal, clear, and engaging — limit text, animations, and videos for smooth delivery.
